Before
After
We are turning lawn into ecosystem.
In Dahab, water is life. We are replacing the hotel's thirsty lawn with a self-sustaining food forest. By building these replicable demonstration sites, you will master the blueprint to transform any patch of grass into a thriving paradise.
Before
After Simulation
We learn permaculture through play.
Complex systems are best understood when you can touch them. We bypass dry theory using Infinity Tools, AI Workflows and our PLAYtoGROW methodology to break down the 12 Principles of Permaculture into intuitive design decisions. You won't just memorize the rules of nature; you will build with them, turning abstract concepts into tangible ecosystem designs and integrating nature design into your own context of life and work.
With Infinity Tools
After Simulation
Hacking Reality with Fantastic Futures.
We don't just plant in the soil; we plan in the cloud. Using Augmented Reality (AR), we overlay our regenerative visions onto the streets of Dahab. You will learn to create a digital layer that reveals the "Future Dahab" over the present, making the invisible potential of the country visible to anyone with a smartphone.

For Visionaries & Bridge Builders
The Tribe (Who is this for?)
This is for those standing at a crossroads, ready to pivot from anxiety to action. Whether you are a permaculturalist seeking the speed of AI, or a technologist seeking to ground your skills in real soil, this is your bridge. If you have a wild vision for the future but struggle to execute it alone, welcome home.
From Anxiety to Radical Agency
The Shift (Why join?)
In a world of "doom-scrolling," we cultivate hope through competence. You won't just learn tools; you will internalize a new mindset. Leave with a custom " AI Crew, " a finished portfolio project, and the soul-deep knowledge that a fairer reality is plausible... and that you have the "Kung Fu" to build it.
An Advance, Not a Retreat
The Method (The Unique Value)
We don't run away from reality; we hack it. We skip the burnout of 20-hour screen time by using Analog Workflows to guide AI Agents . You will learn to use sensory, playful, and physical tools to direct digital power. Simply put: How do you turn grinding into flow.
Dahab: An Extreme Test Bed
Dahab is a place of frequent collapse and beautiful repair. In this "extreme laboratory," we learn to build systems that thrive where others fail, witnessing true resilience in real-time.
Where hippies meet capitalists
A non-monocultural oasis where diverse worlds collide. It is the perfect soil for distributing radical seeds, finding "the others," and building a network that survives the boom-and-bust cycles.
Deep Focus in the Blue
Between the Red Sea and the Sinai mountains, the noise of the modern world fades. Here, in the absence of control, you find the clarity to download a new operating system for your life.
We didn't just pick a venue; we aligned with a vision. Owned by local eco-pioneer Mr. Gabaly, the Sheikh Ali is the perfect launchpad to prove that Ecology is the Economy.
Here, we transform a high-maintenance lawn into a productive food forest. This isn't just gardening; it is a strategic showcase for the entire community. We are building living proof that regenerative design cuts costs, boosts resilience, and creates abundance, turning the resort into a lighthouse for the future of tourism in Dahab.

Why it matters.
You are hovering over a button that asks you to fly to the Sinai desert to work on the future, not just watch it happen. It sounds intense. It sounds wild. And if your heart just beats a little faster, it is exactly where you need to be.
We are living in a time of massive noise. Everyone is talking about the "New World," but very few are actually building it. You might be sitting there thinking: "Am I tech-savvy enough?" or "Am I experienced enough to call a regenerator myself?"
Stop right there.
We didn't design this experience for "experts" who have it all figured out. We designed it for Pioneers who are willing to figure it out together. We are looking for the restless ones. The ones who are tired of the theory and hungry for the practice.
So, if you feel that pull? Trust it.
The desert clears the noise. The community builds the confidence. And the skills you learn here will last you a lifetime. Don't let "reasonable" hold you back from "extraordinary."
Let's build the future we actually want to live in.
FAQ
I have zero experience with AI (or gardening). Is this for me?
Absolutely. We calibrate the "tribe" before we even arrive. We pair "Black Thumbs" with Permaculture Legends and "AI Novices" with Tech Pros. The goal is cross-pollination. If you are curious and willing to get your hands dirty (literally and digitally), you are ready.
Do I need to be a coder or a professional designer?
No. Our workflow is "Analog First." You will do your deepest thinking with a pen on StonePaper, not a keyboard. The AI tools we use (like Prompto and NotebookLM) use natural language—if you can speak, you can build.
Why do you call it an “Advance” and not a Retreat?
A retreat implies running away from reality to relax. An Advance is about running towards the future to build. While we will enjoy the sun and the sea, the focus is on active upskilling, "game-on" energy, and leaving with a finished project, not just a tan.
Will I be sitting in front of a screen all day?
No. We strictly separate the "Field" from the "Lab." You will spend your mornings outside—observing, mapping, and planting. The screens only come out when we need to synthesize that data. We use technology to amplify nature, not to replace it.
What gear is non-negotiable?
You need a smartphone (for field recording, plant identification, and AR testing) and a laptop (for the deep synthesis work and populating our Miro board). Everything else—from the specialized StonePaper to the gardening tools—is on us.
Is there free time to enjoy Dahab?
Yes. Dahab is a magical place, and we want you to soak it in. We have scheduled "Free Flow" time (especially on Day 4) for relaxation and observation. Regeneration requires rest. We recommend to spend more time in Dahab before and after for windsurfing, diving the Blue Hole, hiking in the mountains, or just drifting in the Red Sea.
Is Dahab safe?
Dahab is a unique bubble of resilience. While the Sinai is a place of "extreme" landscapes, the town itself is a tight-knit community that looks after its own. We are embedded in the local infrastructure with trusted partners to ensure a safe, grounded experience.
What happens to the garden when we leave? Does it just die?
We design for longevity, not for Instagram. We build “Guilds”—plant families that support each other. Before we leave, we generate AI-visualized maintenance guides for the local staff to ensure the system thrives. You are leaving a legacy, not a burden.
Can I really use these skills in my city apartment or corporate job?v
100%. Permaculture is about systems thinking, not just gardening. Together we are translating the principles of the desert into roadmaps for your personal projects, whether that's a balcony garden in Berlin or a team structure in a tech company.
Lawn
The Logic
Man vs Nature. A linear system that fights against the desert climate to impose an artificial aesthetic.
The Goal
Visual uniformity. A static "green carpet" that serves only a cosmetic purpose and offers no biological function.
The Input
High consumption. Requires daily surface watering (60% loss to evaporation) and chemical fertilizers to stay green.
The Maintenance
Control & Battle. Constant mowing, edging, and weeding are required to maintain the "perfect" look.
The Result
A "Green Desert." High heat reflection (50°C surface temp), sterile soil, and a fragile system that does this without daily care.
Mini Food Forest
The logic
Nature as partner. A cyclic ecosystem where plants support each other through shade, pest control, and soil building.
The Goal
Resilience & Function. Creating a self-cooling microclimate that produces fresh food, medicine, and shade.
The Input
Regeneration. Uses deep-root hydration (Ollas) to save 70% water and builds its own soil fertility naturally.
The Maintenance
Stewardship & Harvesting. Seasonal pruning ("chop & drop") and gathering herbs replace weekly chores.
The Result
A Living Oasis. A lush sanctuary that cools the air, feeds guests, creates habitat, and thrives year-round.
