Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations & Shipping Costs

We ship from our warehouse in Germany exclusively by DHL Paket (with tracking) within Europe: Germany, other EU countries as well as Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway. Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible.

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order and are passed on 1:1 from DHL – with no surcharge. All prices in EUR incl. statutory charges.

2. Shipping Carrier

All shipments are sent with DHL Paket and receive a tracking number, which we send by e-mail once the parcel has been handed over to DHL.

3. Packaging

We use environmentally friendly cardboard boxes and filling material made from recycled paper. Where possible, we ship orders bundled together to save resources.

4. Delivery Times

Orders received Mon – Fri by 12 noon usually leave our warehouse the same day. During periods of high order volume or for personalised items, dispatch may be delayed by 1–2 days.

Estimated delivery time from dispatch: usually 2 – 4 working days within Germany, 2 – 8 working days elsewhere in Europe.

Should a product unexpectedly be unavailable, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

5. Customs Duties & Import Charges

For deliveries outside the EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway), customs duties, taxes or handling fees may apply. These costs are borne by the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority in advance.

6. Returns

You can find all the details in our Instructions on Withdrawal. Please return your parcel to the address stated there. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
