Delivery usually within two to four working days. By invoice is possible, just write to us briefly before you order.
Shipping and packaging by weight: 2.90 euros up to 1 kg, 6.90 euros above that. Large formats and rolls 8.90 euros. Free shipping within Germany from 250 euros. Assembly and shipping take place at the Christophorus Inklusionswerkstätten in Fürstenwalde, Germany.

Frequently asked questions
What units do we order in?
Counting is in pieces, delivery is in bundles. The calculator rounds your number of pieces up to the next full bundle and shows you that. How many pieces are in a bundle is stated under each quantity field.
Do you deliver by invoice?
Yes. For schools, institutions, associations and businesses we deliver by invoice. Request a quote through the calculator and we will set it up for you. Through the ordinary basket alone it is not possible yet.
How long does delivery take?
Usually two to four working days. Assembly and shipping take place at the Christophorus Inklusionswerkstätten in Fürstenwalde, Germany.
Do we get a quote before we order?
Yes. Put your quantity together in the calculator and save the quote as a file, or request it through the form. It contains net, VAT and gross and is valid for 30 days.
Why are two prices shown?
The calculator shows net and gross. You need net if you can deduct input tax. Gross is the figure that appears later in the basket and on the invoice.
Which pens go with it?
Pens with thermosensitive ink, in our case Frixion Clicker and Frixion Marker. If you need very many, they are cheaper at a stationery shop or an office supplier. Pens are not our focus.
What happens to the material in the end?
Infinity Stonepaper lasts a very long time. If a sheet does eventually reach the end of its life, it belongs in the residual waste.
