This folder is a dream come true for us because we can take it with us everywhere. Whether we're on the train or sketching out a garden design on the spot, it's always handy. Thanks to the sturdy cover, we don't need a table. We simply unfold it and instantly have a great work surface. Together with a laptop, it's the perfect combination for truly being digital nomads on the go.
But what's far more important is how we work with it. It's much more intelligent than those thick notebooks where you're bound to the page order. We call it spatial thinking. We can spread our thoughts out modularly on the table. We mix regular paper for things that are meant to stay with StonePaper for everything that can go. Once the thought is finished or the problem solved, we simply wipe the page clean again. That way, we never carry around unnecessary baggage.
In meetings, we simply place the large sheets of paper in the middle and write on them together instead of hiding behind screens. This immediately creates a completely different connection. And often, a few of the sheets end up with water on the back, hanging by the window. We also always have notes and cards in the side pocket, so we really have no limitations whatsoever.

Can I refill the folder or am I bound to you?
Yes, it's an open system. You are free.
The folder uses a clever elastic band system. This means you can easily remove, rearrange, or refill pages at any time. The folder is designed as a hybrid hub. You can easily tuck printouts, contracts, or letters on regular paper under the elastic band or insert them loosely. Cards and notes also fit perfectly into the side panel.
Is the case sturdy enough to write on without a table?
Yes, it is your portable desk.
The outer cover is made of very sturdy cardboard. It doesn't bend. This is crucial if you want to work standing up, cross-legged in the park, or on the train. You don't need a table, because the folder itself is your table.
Do the leaves also work on the wall?

That's the brilliant thing about this material: You can take each individual sheet out of the folder, moisten the back, and stick it to a pane of glass, a mirror, or a smooth door. In seconds, the contents of your folder transform into a giant, modular whiteboard for your workshops on the go.
Which pens are right for me?
Pilot Frixion for wiping, felt-tip pens for washing.
The two best options are:
- Thermo-erasable pens (e.g., Pilot Frixion): Perfect for everyday use and the quick "wipe-and-go" effect with a damp cloth. (Drying time approx. 30 seconds).
- Classic felt-tip pens: They offer rich colors. Cleaning them is similar to washing dishes. A little water and detergent will get them clean again.
Important: Please do not use whiteboard markers , as their solvents leave residues that are almost impossible to remove.
The leaves are waterproof. Does that also apply to the cover?

Here's the important distinction for outdoor enthusiasts: Rain, mud, or a spilled coffee won't harm the StonePaper sheets inside. The cardboard cover is robust and can withstand damp tables or a few drops. However, it shouldn't be left in heavy rain, as cardboard will eventually swell.
What's the best way to decorate the white folder?

The white cover is uncoated and absorbent like a canvas. Acrylic paints, permanent markers, and fineliners adhere perfectly. Use water sparingly with watercolors. Many customers also use it as a surface for their sticker collection.
Will the ink bleed onto the other pages if I close the lid?
No, if you give it a short time to dry...
Since StonePaper doesn't absorb the ink immediately, it will sit on the surface briefly. Give it a moment to dry, especially with Frixion or thick felt-tip pens. Once dry, it's smudge-proof. You can then close the folder or stack pages without worry; nothing will smudge.
