With Humusrevolution, we are developing exactly that: a globally new game system with the Infinity Tools, which make the transformative power of permaculture accessible to everyone.
The project
A playful toolbox for real change
We want to unleash the vast, untapped potential of millions of square meters of sterile lawn and guide people to transform it into productive, biodiverse, and beautiful woodland gardens, vegetable patches, and regenerative oases. Each playset is a guided, real-life adventure that includes everything needed:
Thematic mission cards: Missions such as "Humus Factory", "Harvest Rain" and "Polyculture" guide you through the transformation in a playful way.
Infinity Tools: With our modular and reusable building block system consisting of Beenius and Infinity Stonepaper, visions become tangible 3D models and plans.
Maja & Mojo AI: Two bees as intelligent, digital guides who offer advice and support thanks to their bulging permaculture knowledge database.

How games become reality
The goal is to develop a game that triggers a global movement in three steps.
- The Seed (The Accessible Game System): An engaging, self-explanatory game that integrates permaculture into playful, manageable missions. The combination of physical tools and AI support eliminates barriers to entry.
- Growth (Personal Transformation): People play alone or in groups. They experience a journey from passive consumers to active creators. They learn to observe their environment, understand systems, and acquire the confidence and practical skills to implement their plans directly in the real world.
- The Harvest (The Global Effect): The game spreads. With each set, a new, small ecosystem potentially emerges. A decentralized grassroots movement forms that measurably builds humus, promotes biodiversity, strengthens local food security, and reconnects people deeply with the cycles of nature. Thousands of small paradises add up to a global, regenerative force.

To ensure the humus revolution succeeds everywhere in the world, we are developing a unique digital companion: Maja & Mojo AI . Behind the two "beefluencers," the perma-bees, lies the game's intelligent system, a permaculture knowledge database curated by us and constantly growing. As personal coaches, they accompany players through the entire transformation process, answering questions and making expert knowledge accessible to everyone. Maja & Mojo AI is thus the technological key to the global scaling of our mission and a true model for the meaningful use of artificial intelligence.
