Establish a regenerative leadership culture

The company as a garden

You can feel it. The old logic of the machine is reaching its limits. Those who lead rigidly today reap stress and a work-to-rule mentality. We invite you to rethink leadership. In this workshop, discover how to build organizations that follow the laws of nature. Resilient. Self-regulating. Regenerative.

Status Quo vs. Vision

We're in a time of change. Which operating system do you use?

The machine

The logic

Linear and rigid. Problems are repaired in isolation.

The goal

Maximum efficiency and short-term output.

The human being

A cog in the machine that has to work.

The leadership

Control, pressure, and micromanagement.

The result

Wear and tear, silo thinking, and burnout.

The garden

The logic

Cyclical and interconnected. Everything is connected to everything else.

The goal

Resilience and long-term returns.

The human being

A part of the ecosystem that is unfolding.

The leadership

Observation, care and framework conditions.

The result

Regeneration, innovation, and growth.

The format

This retreat is a laboratory for attitude and strategy. We combine focused work on the principles with hands-on experience and real-world application in nature. We use three interconnected elements to transform your leadership practice.

Understand

We delve deep into the 12 principles of permaculture. How does a healthy ecosystem function? How does a forest regulate itself? How does it utilize its edges for innovation?

We transfer this knowledge directly to your company culture and translate the insights into modern strategic work. Regenerative leadership becomes a clear design task here.

Develop

We take the complexity out of your head and into your hands. With our PLAYtoGROW method and the Infinity Tools, we model your organization on the table.

We build three-dimensional structures of your teams. We visualize invisible energy flows and blockages. You no longer discuss problems abstractly. You understand the dynamics of your company and create lasting solutions.

Earth

Together, we create regenerative elements on site. A raised bed. A team of plants. The principle becomes crystal clear using the example of the fruit tree community: A tree never stands alone. It is deliberately surrounded by partner plants that fertilize, protect, and connect. Together, we plant a system that strengthens itself through its diversity, instead of competing.

Studies show that gardening reduces stress, clears the mind, and strengthens the immune system. Direct contact with the earth – the so-called grounding effect – has been proven to have a calming effect on the nervous system.

The strategic compass: 3 examples

We work with all 12 principles of permaculture according to David Holmgren.

Here's an insight into how they will change your leadership.

Observe and interact

Within the system: Before we act, we read the landscape.

In leadership: You learn to stop blind activism. We train your perception of the subtle dynamics within your culture. You recognize patterns before they become problems. Those who observe better have less to fight for.

Integrate instead of separating

Within the system: Mixed crops are healthier than monocultures.

In leadership: We show you how to break down silos. You learn to design teams so that human diversity becomes a superpower. We move away from solitary IQ towards collective WeQ. Cooperation isn't mandated; it grows organically through smart design.

Apply self-regulation

Within the system: A healthy forest doesn't need a manager.

In leadership: The path out of micromanagement. You develop a framework within which your team can self-organize and correct itself. Your goal is to make yourself redundant in day-to-day operations. This frees up space for genuine strategy and vision.

Just a sneak peek

Book: The Company as a Garden

Together with author and publisher Lisa Vanovitch, Agnes Friedrich has created a book that bridges the gap between business and permaculture. It's business literature without the "management jargon." Lisa provides the practical language for regenerative leadership, while Agnes offers the visionary illustrations that visualize circular thinking.

A book for everyone who no longer wants to be trapped in the system, but would like to shape it like a gardener .
