FLOW with Infinity Stonepaper – The analog system for more focus
What is FLOW?

Chaos on the desk. Constantly distracted while working. Many people know the feeling – we do too. That's why we developed FLOW: a simple, analog system with the Infinity Stonepaper Board. It enables us to work with focus, visualize our thoughts, and tackle projects with clarity and creativity. Completely without a screen. Completely without distractions.
In this post, we'll show you how to use FLOW yourself—and why this board is our absolute favorite "app," even though it's completely analog.
Analog flow with digital help
Digital tools are often more stressful than they are a solution. Instead of helping, they rob us of focus and time. With FLOW, we can finally create a clear, tangible workspace – beyond apps, tabs, and notifications. Yet, with smart ways to use digital applications efficiently.

This is what FLOW brings you:
More clarity. Instead of mental chaos, there is structure and clarity.
More focus. No distractions from digital devices.
More creativity. Space for drawings, mind maps, sketches, and ideas.
More ease. Everything is reusable and wipeable.
More connection. You're actually doing something, not just typing.
More efficiency. With a single photo, everything is digitized and can be processed directly.
Ideal for you if:
You are easily distracted.
You work or plan creatively.
You like to think analogically.
You want a system that doesn't overwhelm you, but supports you.

How to set up your FLOW system
1. Missions
On the left side of the board are your missions – what you've set out to do. Unlike traditional to-do lists, these are about conscious, clearly formulated goals. When something's done, you simply swipe it away. Done.
2. FLOW Space
The large area in the middle is your personal workspace. This is where you create everything your current mission requires: texts, sketches, overviews, or creative mind maps. Everyone designs this area differently—that's exactly what makes FLOW so versatile.
While you're working, you can rearrange, add to, cross out, or erase at any time. The process remains lively—and that's crucial for true concentration.
3. Filing
While working, thoughts often arise that have nothing to do with the current task. Instead of suppressing them or getting distracted, jot them down in your clipboard. You can later organize them and transfer them digitally if needed, for example, to Google Tasks.
4. Ideas Box
The right side of the board is space for spontaneous ideas, flashes of inspiration, and impulses. These ideas can later be filed in a separate document—for example, a digital idea journal. This way, nothing gets lost and you still stay in the flow.
5. Time window
It often helps to set a clear time frame: 15 or 25 minutes of focused work – without a break, without interruption. An analog timer or hourglass can help you stay on track.

6. Save and process
Once your mission is complete, simply take a photo. With tools like ChatGPT or text recognition apps, you can digitize the content and use it immediately. This saves you typing and frees up time for the next step.
7. Reset
A damp cloth is all it takes – and your FLOW space is free for the next mission. No paper waste, no mess, no excess baggage.
