Shipping and packaging 6.90 euros within Germany, free from 150 euros. We ship to Germany, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. Packing and shipping are done by the Christophorus Inklusionswerkstätten in Fürstenwalde.

Frequently asked questions
What units do we order in?
In single pieces, counted in the format's own name: 60 × A4, 100 × Note. Each format has a smallest quantity and moves in fixed steps, A4 in steps of 20 for example. The step is shown right below the quantity field, and the calculator rounds up to the next step.
Do you deliver by invoice?
Yes. For schools, institutions, associations and businesses we deliver by invoice. Request a quote through the calculator and we will set it up for you. Through the ordinary basket alone it is not possible yet.
How long does delivery take?
Usually two to four working days. For very large quantities we name the date in advance. Assembly and shipping take place at the Christophorus Inklusionswerkstätten in Fürstenwalde, Germany.
Do we get a quote before we order?
Yes. Put your quantity together in the calculator and save the quote as a file, or request it through the form. It contains net, VAT and gross and is valid for 30 days.
Why are two prices shown?
The calculator starts with gross, which is the figure that appears later in the basket and on the invoice. If you can deduct input tax, switch to net at the top.
Which pens go with it?
Pens with thermosensitive ink and water-based felt tip pens both work. You can get both at a stationery shop or an office supplier, and for larger quantities they are cheaper there. Our focus is the material.
What happens to the material in the end?
Infinity Stonepaper lasts a very long time. If a sheet has served its time after all, it can be used further: fold it, cut it, glue things onto it. Everything about the material is on the page Material and handling.
Do you ship to other EU countries?
We ship to Germany, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. For the other EU countries our shipping has been paused since 12 August 2026: the new EU Packaging Regulation requires us to register and to appoint an authorised representative in every single country, from the very first parcel. Schools and institutions in the EU are still welcome to write to us, and for larger equipment orders we look for a way through partners on the ground. For Switzerland, Norway and the UK, prices are shown without German VAT, import charges are paid by the recipient, UK from 160 euros order value. Why we think this is a mistake.
Which documents do we get for procurement?
The material carries Cradle to Cradle Certified, the manufacturer works to ISO 14001, and an independent test examined 161 substances of very high concern and found all of them below the reporting threshold. Because the material is made without wood fibre, it falls outside the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR): due diligence and proof of origin therefore do not apply to you. We send the certificate, the data sheet and the material details on request, and everything else is on Material and handling.
