One-day workshop in Berlin

PLAYtoGROW:
Experience regenerative system design

The PLAYtoGROW one-day workshop is a 1-day format in Berlin that teaches permaculture as hands-on system design. You build models from Beenius, document them on Infinity Stonepaper and take a concrete planning structure for your own project home with you.

Regeneration is not chance, it is design. Permaculture is nature's most successful operating system. With our hands-on Infinity Tools we design circular systems and, at the end of the day, transfer them directly to your teams, your projects and your organisation.

What the day brings

You go home with method skills, systems understanding and concrete ideas.

With the PLAYtoGROW method and the Infinity Tools the principles of permaculture become tangible in three dimensions. You build, sketch and design working ecosystems as models and, at the end of the day, translate that knowledge through design thinking directly into your own context: your team, your business or your garden.

One intensive day for clear heads

Real resilience

You build a company that uses crises as fertiliser for innovation.

Healthy leadership

You stop over-exploiting your own energy and the energy of your team.

Magnetic culture

You create an ecosystem that attracts talent organically.

The programme

Step by step to a regenerative ecosystem

We have developed a process in which you experience the Infinity Tools by developing a regenerative ecosystem step by step.

01
Infinity Tools

We start with your hands. You get to know the Infinity Tools, work dynamically with Infinity Stonepaper and build structures with Beenius. That is how you experience why analogue tools are the key to intuitive and connected thinking in a digital world.

02
Permaculture code: ethics and principles

We use the tools to work out the three ethical pillars and the principles of permaculture. You visualise cycles and understand through building how nature avoids waste and creates resilience.

03
Prototyping: the future garden as a laboratory

In small teams you design a fictional, regenerative garden. You plan zones and place elements so that they support each other. This garden is the physical prototype that makes visible how resilience works in design.

04
Contextcraft: the transfer

At the end of the day we use methods from design thinking to transfer the principles from the imaginary garden into your reality. How does “use edges” help in your project planning? How does “integrate rather than segregate” work in your team communication?
