Establish a regenerative leadership culture
The company
as a garden
You can feel it. The old logic of the machine is reaching its limits. Anyone who leads rigidly today harvests stress and work to rule. In this retreat you discover how to build organisations that follow the laws of nature. Resilient. Self-regulating. Regenerative.

Which operating system do you use?
We are in a time of change. Status quo and vision lie close together. The difference lies in the logic you lead by.

Status quo
The machine
The logic. Linear and rigid. Problems are repaired in isolation.
The goal. Maximum efficiency and short term output.
The person. A cog in the machinery that has to function.
The leadership. Control, pressure and micromanagement.
The result. Wear and tear, silo thinking and burnout.

Vision
The garden
The logic. Cyclical and connected. Everything is linked to everything else.
The goal. Resilience and long term yields.
The person. Part of the ecosystem, unfolding.
The leadership. Observation, care and framework conditions.
The result. Regeneration, innovation and growth.
The format
Three connected elements
This retreat is a laboratory for attitude and strategy. We combine focused work on the principles with hands-on experience and real implementation out in nature.
We dive deep into the twelve principles of permaculture and transfer them directly to your culture inside the company. Regenerative leadership becomes a clear design task.
With PLAYtoGROW and the Infinity Tools you model your organisation on the table. You make flows of energy and blockages visible and shape solutions that hold.
On site we design regenerative elements. The fruit tree guild makes the principle clear: a tree never stands alone.
The strategic compass
interact
You stop blind activism. We train your perception for the subtle dynamics in your culture. Those who observe better have to fight less.
than segregate
Mixed cultures are healthier than monocultures. You break open silos and design teams so that diversity becomes a superpower. From the lonely IQ to the collective WeQ.
self-regulation
A healthy forest needs no manager. You create the conditions in which your team organises itself. That creates room for strategy and vision.
Your yield
Regenerative growth
Studies show that gardening reduces stress, clears the mind and strengthens the immune system. Direct contact with the soil, the so-called grounding effect, has a calming influence on the nervous system.
Real resilience
You build a company that uses crises as fertiliser for innovation.
Healthy leadership
You put an end to the overexploitation of your own energy and the energy of your team.
Magnetic culture
You create an ecosystem that attracts talent organically.
Your guides
Potential unfolders and system architects.

The development companion
Gerd-Joachim Mülheims
For more than 20 years Achim has worked where change begins: with perception. He is not a classic consultant but a mentor for your human potential. With expertise in neuroscience he helps you release the inner handbrake. He accompanies you from lone fighter to shaper of a culture in which people grow beyond themselves.

The system designers
Agnes Friedrich and Denny Ehrlich
The founding duo of Solarpunk NOW puts the method into your hands. Agnes as a permaculture designer and Denny as a system innovator make sure that strategy becomes tangible. With PLAYtoGROW you experience how to master complexity playfully and design systems that deliver yields over the long term, without burning out.

A first taste
The book that goes with the format
Together with the author and publisher Lisa Vanovitch, Agnes Friedrich has created a book that bridges business and permaculture. Business literature without management blah blah. Lisa supplies the practical words for regenerative leadership, Agnes the visionary illustrations that make thinking in cycles visible.
A book for everyone who no longer wants to be caught in the system, but wants to shape it like a gardener.

Who it is for
Rethinking leadership
This format is aimed at leaders, founders and teams who sense that the logic of the machine is reaching its limits.
You need no prior knowledge of permaculture. You need the willingness to look at your organisation from the outside for once and to make yourself redundant in day to day operations. That creates room for real strategy and vision.
Good to know
Frequently asked questions
Which principles do you work with? All twelve of permaculture
We work with all twelve principles of permaculture after David Holmgren. On this page we show three of them as an example. In the format we translate every principle into your concrete leadership practice.
Do I need prior knowledge of permaculture or gardening? No
No. We start with observation and translate every principle step by step into the organisation. The practical work in the garden is set up so that everyone can join in.
What is PLAYtoGROW?Hands-on strategy work
Our method for getting complexity out of your head and into your hands. With the Infinity Tools you model your organisation in three dimensions on the table, make invisible flows of energy and blockages visible and shape solutions that hold.
How big is the group?A maximum of 8 participants
We deliberately work in a small circle. In Dom Wilka each person has their own bedroom, there are several bathrooms, a shared terrace, the garden, a small sauna and a campfire for chatting in the evening.
When do we start and when do we finish?Friday 4 pm to Sunday 2 pm
In Dom Wilka we start on Friday from 4 pm and finish the seminar on Sunday at 2 pm. For TamanGa in Styria the times of the respective announcement apply.
